UltraTech SEAL&DRY – FLEX is a two component, cement based, styrene acrylic polymer based flexible, water proof coating incorporated with high quality polymer additives, and fillers for all positive side water proofing applications of Terraces, Sloping Roofs RCC Water Tanks, Balcony, Domes. Highly recommended for waterproofing of areas less than 10,000 sq.ft. Elongation is more than 50% at tensile force of 50Kg/Sq.cm.
